Description
Thanet District Council is seeking to select and appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake external repairs and redecoration works to the residential housing stock in the Thanet District area. Early mobilisation/commencement of works is essential following contract award to the successful contractor. Works are anticipated to commence on 11th September 2020
The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of an open tender. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. The form of contract will be JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with Thanet District Council's Special Conditions.
