Description
1. Lot 1 - Data Asset Management, Data Integration and Proof of Concept
Lot 1 comprises two phases, as follows:
Phase 1: A Data Innovation Partner is required to aggregate AHDB datasets by developing and utilizing a common data classification system initially created for AHDB and to work with AHDB Business Analysts and data stewards to discover, classify and provide greater access to its diverse technical and market intelligence datasets across different sectors. They shall be responsible for the classification of approximately 200 datasets and shall be asked to ensure that they comply with FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable ) data principles when undertaking this activity.
Phase 2: The Data Innovation Partner will work in collaboration with AHDB on two pilot programmes which will show proof of concept of the added value that AHDB can provide to levy payers by integrating datasets in a) cereals and b) pork sectors.
2. Lot 2 - Horizon scanning
A Data Innovation Partner will horizon scan innovations in the wider data environment and their application in agricultural contexts to ensure that AHDB are fully informed of these data technologies and their relevance.

3. Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
