Newham Council wish to invite Tenders for the supply of insurance, claims handling and risk management services as detailed within the tender documentation for the London Borough of Newham Commercial Property Insurance Services

This Contract will run for 5 years, with an option to extend annually for a further 1 + 1 + 1 years, making 8 years in total.

Tenders may be submitted for all lots
The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:
Tenders for either Lot 1, Lot 2, both Lots or any combination thereof will be accepted.

Lot 1 : Provision of insurance related services in respect of Commercial Properties owned by Newham Council.
Lot 2: Provision of insurance related services in respect of an investment portfolio of Commercial Properties owned by Newham Council.
