Description

The current contract for the delivery of the Alternative Education Service for students subject of an Education, Health and Care Plan in Sandwell ends on 31 July 2019.

The Council is seeking to identify a suitable agency to operate the Alternative Education Service within the Borough from 2nd September 2019.

The aim of the Service is to support students who are subject of an Education, Health and Care Plan with a well-supported and nurturing environment to deliver therapeutic interventions. Students may not be attending full-time provision and will need to be supported to help reintegrate them into full-time provision following a period of therapeutic intervention.
