Description
To provide Four (4) x Change Management workshops to support Transforming Our College programme
o Introduction/Background
These workshops will be set against the context of the Transforming our College programme, The College will re-visiting the ongoing change programme through this day and there will opportunities
to explore what this means for employees and enable them to define their role in ensuring the change in the College is successful. The purpose of the event is to provide the College workforce
with a clearly understandable framework to help drive the change.
o Detailed Description of Specification
The webinar should be designed to support colleagues in successfully delivering change and will provide practical guidance with regards to how to integrate these changes into teams or functions within the College. It will explore a number of models and theories regarding natural human reactions to change, any barriers that can be encountered, and how to overcome said challenges.
This session should be led and facilitated by an expert with support from College Colleagues.
The Requirement
• Design and Content Development of at least four (4) change management workshops to support the CoP Transforming our College Programme.
• Should additional workshops be required the Supplier to schedule these in line with the agreed specification and sign off by CoP.
• Hosting of virtual workshops and webinars on the Leadership Learning Platform in compliance with all relevant national and international regulations in terms of Data Protection.
• Routine Uploading of workshop/webinar recording on to the LL platform • Advertising of webinars on platform, app and newsletter
• Provision and management of the booking systems for these four (4) specific workshops
• Sourcing outside speakers as required and approved by CoP
• Gather evaluation data
• Producing and providing workshop materials as required delegates and agreed by CoP
• Branding in line with College branding policy
Target Audience
All the sessions are Leadership Learning for All so are open to police officers at all levels of the service with an interest in personal development. This will include police officers and staff from all 43 Home Office Forces. The volume of participants will be dependent on the theme and determined as part of the design for each session. The sessions should have a good level of engagement and participant interaction designed as part of the outline of the session.
