Description

To produce a first draft Green Book compliant Business Case for the new Oxford AI Earth Institute.
'Green Book' compliant five section business case + applicable annexures.
Lead engagement/ workshops with key stakeholders within the Catapult and Oxford University to ensure that their views for the development of the Institute are understood to provide a shared vision.
To collate and synthesise existing reports, strategies and background information from national and local government, industry and other bodies across the UK to understand existing recommendations and activities related to developing the AI Institute (either completed or planned), drawing out emerging themes and identifying synergies at the local and Oxford-Cambridge Arc level.
