3328/545/MY/AMRC/22 Rotary Table and Support

The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Rotary Table and Support on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Machining Group at Catcliffe, South Yorkshire.

Scope of Requirement
The AMRC Machining Group (TMG) is tendering for the supply, installation, and commissioning of two rotary tables and accompanying trunnion support table.

The objective is the supply, installation, and commissioning of a large, ø630 mm base unit (vertical) rotary table, in addition to a ø260 mm rotary table (horizontal) with accompanying trunnion support table, for use across the Advanced Manufacturing Group (AMG) facilities, including the new AMRC Factory 2050 building.

This equipment will predominately be used with a fixed bed travelling column CNC machine tool and machining robot for a variety of research projects.

This procurement is a non - EU open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
