Description
West Lancashire Borough Council is looking to re-provide play facilities on a former play site on land off Longhey, Ashurst, Skelmersdale WN8 6TT. (Grid reference 349149:407641)
The intended target age range will be 5 - 12 years but it should be assumed that the area will be used by supervised children below this age range and older young people. The implications of this should be recognised in the design. Consideration should also be given to providing equipment/facilities that are inclusive to a wide range of users.
