Description

The University of Manchester wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organization to assist in the definition and scope of a Research Life Cycle Management Project. The principal deliverables are:
• a thorough appraisal of potential options for, and opportunities that might be realised from, a full Research Life Cycle Project;
• a full Business Case for the Research Life Cycle Project, including statement of opportunity, scope, intended approach, capital and revenue estimates, financial and non-financial benefits, resource requirements and delivery plan
