Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has a current requirement for the provision of bean to cup coffee vending machines and snack/cold drink vending machines. The PCC expects the Contractor to deliver a fully managed vending service with an efficient structure of personnel. The structure should ensure that staff have the ability to easily communicate with the Contractor, ensure ease of replenishment/repair in a timely fashion, and readily share information to allow for flexibility and efficient use of resource.
