NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 May 2017 for the following reason: This tender has been withdrawnShropshire Council are looking to appoint a sole provider for a portal into the Shropshire GP practices' computer files. This is to enable the Help2Change team, located within Public Health, to use health intelligence to improve health outcomes.
