The Primary Care Group (PCG) at NHS England & Improvement (NHSEI) leads the development of contracting policy, strategy and implementation across primary care and is also responsible for providing the Pharmacy Manual, the Eye Health Policy Book, and the Policy Book for Primary Dental Services.
