Description
This further competition is under CCS Framework RM6226 Debt Resolution Services Lot 5:
Enforcement Services.
The Council proposes to enter into a call-off contract with up to two (2) providers for an
initial period of thirty-six (36) months with the preferred bidder, with an option to extend
for a further twelve (12) months, making forty-eight (48) months in total.
This concessions contract for Parking enforcement is the right to exploit the services as
identified in this suite of documents including the Specification, Appendix 2.
The Council intends to maximise the collection of debts through the effective use of all
available recovery options, to reduce the costs of collection and ensure a high-quality
Enforcement Agent service is provided.
