Description

TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE WITH COVID + SYMPTOMS TO ISOLATE FOR UP TO 14 DAYS.



We have an urgent need for 4-6 bedrooms with ensuite that could be used (under licence to the council) for individuals who are COVID positive or who need to isolate having been in contact with someone who is Covid +, and who are working age - 18-65 who are homeless and may present with additional vulnerabilities requiring a safe and stable setting in which to self-isolate homeless or unable to return to their homes, who would need to self isolate for up to 14 days.

Premises must be in Hackney or surrounding Boroughs, and must be prepared to accept people who are COVID positive and who are or may have been homeless.

Premises must be:

Of a good standard free from damp, infestation and habitable
Furnished with TV, Bed, linen towels etc
Have en suite toilet/bathroom
Meet fire and HMO licensing guidelines
Gas and electricity certificates in date
Liability Insurance


Kitchen

In order to promote isolation, ideally the accommodation would have a kitchen for sole use - however we would consider accommodation with ensuite and no kitchen as we could provide food.



In return we will offer:

Individuals will be supported daily and given food and any other support needed.
Advice, support and training in the use of PPE for any staff on site
Full cleaning between each use (or pay for the cost of this)
End of agreement deep cleaning and on full repair basis if anything was damaged, broken or stolen.
Block contract for up to 18 weeks

Availability:

4-6 rooms, Available for a block booking immediately until end of March 2021
We would also like to hear from you if you only have 1 or 2 bedrooms as we could split the total amount across different contracts/premises.

Move on

All clients will vacate the rooms after the isolation period.
