Description

South Gloucestershire Council and Aequus are working in partnership to bring forward several\r
South Glos owned sites for residential development. The Grange site is a challenging site to \r
redevelop. The site contains a derelict former secondary school located within a very large \r
amount of school playing fields. ACL need to procure a M&E Contractor to deliver the following:\r
• Passivhaus designer\r
• Detailed design for building services for delivering South Gloucestershire's requirements \r
for sustainable construction including on-site renewables\r
• Advice to the team on building form, location and size of windows and U values to deliver \r
low cost, low energy homes \r
• On- site street lighting design\r
• Sizing of incoming statutory services and negotiations with suppliers to include location of \r
infrastructure, cost of connection et
