Description

LSBU wish to purchase/licence a software solution to manage Contracts and Pay claims for Hourly Paid Lecturers and Sessional Staff.

The new system would enable University managers and administrators to collate, confirm, administer and monitor HPL/Sessional work arrangements through a central database.

This should greatly improve the understanding of both managers and staff in Schools about what work is being undertaken by whom, when and why, and reduce the amount of time spent entering the same information into several systems. This will also meet the University's strategic requirements of reducing duplication, improving transparency, and delivering process efficiency and quality data and information
