Description

A Phase 1 Ground Investigation Survey has been undertaken and a Phase 2 assessment sampling ground conditions on both sites and investigating the nature of foundations to adjoining buildings will now have to be carried out in order to firm up the substructure designs and energy strategy. The latter does include a proposal of Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHPs) which will rely on specific ground conditions in order to operate efficiently.
