Description

Oldham Council invites bids from suitably experienced professional companies to deliver National Standard Cycle Training to children residing in the Borough of Oldham during 2020/21. It is our intention to deliver level 1, level 1 and 2 combined and level 2 to 3,328 children and level 3 to 67 children. We also propose to deliver an element of Bikeability Plus, namely Bikeability Learn to Ride' to 90 children.
