Description

Tower Hamlets Community Housing wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake tree management and maintenance at properties owned/managed by THCH. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.

It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated contract value per annum is c.£16,500 (exc VAT). The level of spend transacted via the resultant contract will be dependent upon the services/works identified/required during the contract term.
