Description
The project consists of 175 New Build Residential units over 5 blocks with 4 commercial units to the ground floors. Piled foundations, RC frames and different envelope types. The project duration is 140 weeks, start date is 17th August 2020 with anticipated completion on 24th June 2022. Claritas Group is the Construction manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of a Screed Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to the supply, offloading, distribution and installation of the screed flooring to all properties.
