Scope of Contract
The scope of the contract will be to design, produce and install additional new signage. This may also include works to renew or update old signage, repair signage and remove existing signage for retention or refitting at a later date.

Signage Types
Signage required by the contract will generally be:
o External and Internal Wayfinding
o Internal Signage for Rooms (Office, Classroom)
o Vinyl signage for use on glazed panels
o Internal and External 3-D signage and lettering
o External Signage for Building Entrances.

In addition to routine changes to existing signage arising through changes in the estate, the University carries out:
o Building refurbishment projects requiring signage
o Full campus signage projects such as installation of signs outside each building entrance
o Marketing/ Branding/ Graphics signage such as for our fitness centre; CitySpace.

Not all projects will have a designer, therefore the successful contractor will be expected to produce signage designed by others and provide signage designs to a brief.
