"The purpose of this exercise is to engage with the waste vehicle industries to assess market availability, capability, capacity, and interest in supply and aftercare of refuse collection vehicles as the Counc ilenteres into a 3 year replacment RCV programme outlined as follows:
Phase 1: Immediate replacement of 4 RCVs to replace aged vehicles
Phase 2: Replacement of 16 RCVs early 2025
Phase 3: Further Replacements on a rolling programme. At least 16 further vehicles reaching end of service life
