Description
One Direct Maintenance Limited (ODML) on behalf of One Housing Group (OHG) invites tenders to provide a Comprehensive Maintenance and Responsive Repairs service to Passenger Lifts installed within properties owned and/or managed by OHG ("the Works") in accordance with the Tender Documents......
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with a possible extension of a further 2 years......
The contract is divided into 3 Lots based on geographic areas......
Tenderers can submit a tender for all 3 Lots but will only be awarded Lots 1 & 2 or Lots 1 & 3. To further clarify, a single tenderer will not be awarded Lots 2 & 3......
