Description

Ofgem requires a supplier to negotiate the lease between a Landlord their agent and for potential new office space. This includes term length and break clauses, cost pm2/P2ft, potential Landlord incentives to signing an agreement, landlord contributions to the fitout of the floor. The supplier will be required to provide technical advice on the option being proposed from Landlord and ensure value for money for Ofgem in any final lease agreement. Part of the requirement will be for the supplier to liaise with Ofgem's legal representatives to provide expert advice on lease arrangements. The supplier will also input into the Cabinet Office Property Controls requirement forms.
