Description
Tendring District Council (TDC) is looking for a new E-Learning and learning management system (LMS) provider which is able to offer a high return on investment. The system should offer the essentials of managing Learning and Development within the workforce easily and effectively anytime, anywhere. The learners' experience is vital and will need to blend with our employees' learning styles as well as being accessible at all times on a variety of devices.
TDC is looking to award a contract with effect from October or November 2022 with a go live date to be agreed but no later than 31st January 2023. The contract will be awarded for a five-year term with a break clause at three years to enable both parties to review the relationship.
