Description

Southampton City Council (SCC) are the lead partner to deliver improvements to the pond at Miller's Pond Local Nature Reserve (LNR). To deliver this (SCC) are looking to Procure a consultant (s) to produce a restoration plan for the pond at Miller's Pond LNR addressing; how to improve and encourage habitat for fish and wildlife, maintenance of the pond's availability as a sustainable recreational fishery, reduction of instances of ecological incidents in the pond (history of low oxygen related incidents), how to enhance the environment for public use and enjoyment, providing valuable ecosystem services for the local community; and engagement with stakeholders.
