Description

Hastings Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a highly competent design and build contractor to progress proposals to for the design and construction of a new business centre on the Churchfields Industrial Estate in St Leonards. The objective of the procurement is to deliver a new business centre consisting of up to 29 units on two floors, with a total area of approximately 9892ft2 (919m2) of lettable space, along with the required density of car parking spaces and appropriate landscaping on time, on budget and safely.
