Description

Birmingham City Council seeks to select a panel of contractors to undertake new build and refurbishment works across the wider West Midlands and potentially area's adjacent. The Framework is anticipated to be split in to lots and the estimated project values in excess of £100k. Whilst the option for lots have not been selected within the PIN Notice it is intended this framework will be broken down into a series of lots. The lot structure will be defined following this market engagement.

This Framework will be open to and utilised by other local authorities and Public-Sector bodies across the wider West Midlands and the estimated total current spend throughout the framework by Birmingham City Council and other framework users of circa. £100m p.a.

Works are to include but not limited to:
- New build works
- Refurbishment and fit out
- Fabric repairs, replacement and installation
- Alteration and extension
- External works
- Associated services which may include for contractors design
