Description
The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust on behalf of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) invites tenders for the fire alarm systems periodic servicing and reactive maintenance across the following NHS Care Organisations:
- The Royal Oldham Hospital
- Fairfield General Hospital
- Rochdale Infirmary (Including Birch Hill)
- Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust
Plus the following off site areas which are within ½ mile from the main Salford Royal site:
- Summerfield House
- Hope Library
- Cleveland House
- Turnpike House
The Contractor shall carry out the Periodic Servicing of each Fire Alarm and Gaseous Fire Suppression System shall in accordance with the appropriate British Standard including BS5839-1:2017, BS6266:2011, and HealthTechnical Memorandum (HTM) 05-03 Fire Safety Measures for Health Sector Buildings.
