Description

Homes England is currently seeking a competent Supplier for the provision of repair works to the Fellows Morton & Clayton (FMC) and Minerva Works building, Fazeley Street, Birmingham, B5 5RG.\r
\r
The Works broadly comprise but not exclusively limited to the following:\r
\r
Roof works, including roof and parapet gutter repair and waterproofing to both FMC and Minerva Works Buildings;\r
Internal refurbishment and floor repairs, including replacement floor slabs;\r
Filling in of inspection pit;\r
Refurbishment of office and corridor areas;\r
Barrier off steps to loading bay;\r
Roller shutter and door maintenance, including service and repairs to shutter doors, replacement doors and damaged brickwork repair;\r
Demolition of two storey concrete block structure within the warehouse;\r
Sanitary facilities construction suitable for disabled personnel; and\r
External grounds works including, vegetation removal, pavement light replacement, replacement of fencing, vehicle gates and pedestrian and vehicle barriers.\r
