Description
External and internal repair and refurbishment to the listed building to include the following:
(i) Removal of inappropriate C20 extension and making good
(ii) Replacement of flat roofs and incidental slating repairs
(iii) Repairs to external pointing and render
(iv) Repair and redecoration of timber sash windows and doors
(v) Internal refurbishment to include localised re-plastering
(vi) Replacement of sanitary and kitchen fittings
(vii) Upgrade and repairs to outbuildings
The work is to be funded by Cornwall Council Section 106 funding.
