Description

The selected provider will support Workday HR, Finance, Payroll and associated SKUs. The contract will be for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months.

The AMS provider will be responsible for the following services:

- Offer scalable support capacity to handle spikes in incident and service request volume, if they are deemed outside of internal Team's knowledge or capacity.
- Business Process and Configuration Support: Assistance with business process configurations and minor adjustments.
- Master Data and Organisational Maintenance: Support for maintaining master data and organisational structures.
- Reporting Support and Enhancements: Development and enhancement of reports as required.
- Integration Support and Enhancements: Assistance with integration-related issues , implementations and enhancements.
- Conversion and Data Loads: Support for data conversion and loading activities.
- Project Activities: Participation in project activities such as new module implementations, expanding functional areas, annual events, new integrations, and M&A activities.
- Release Management Support: Assistance with managing Workday releases and updates.
- Advisory and Strategic Planning: Providing strategic advice and planning support for the Workday application.
- Advice on Workday architectural decisions, including tenant configuration, security model, and integration strategy.
- Recommend improvements to Workday configuration, and to advise on new features and products to ensure industry best practice, and technology innovation, is being followed
- AMS to provide support with an emphasis on collaboration with internal Teams and using Incidents and Service Requests as opportunities to build knowledge through KT sessions that will be held on a regular basis.
- Strengthening our HR and Finance teams, who will have more responsibilities for the configuration, reporting, change management and adoption of Workday.
- Providing our IT Apps team with the technical responsibility to support Workday, including, security, integrations and more technically complex changes.
