Description

This is an invitation to submit a quotation issued by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for Earl's Court Business Improvement District to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC/ The Council).

A summary of our requirements is that the contractor should have a successful track record in the following and be able to demonstrate experience via examples and/or case studies from their portfolio:
- Advising on Town Centre Management and preferably BID organisation
- Dealing with urban regeneration projects
- Dealing with a wide variety of retail, commercial and industrial areas
- Dealing with local authorities and the private sector
- Business planning
- Consultation and marketing exercises
- Local government finance and collection arrangements
- The aims of current regeneration policies
- The BID legislative process

The key objective of this procurement is to support the development of a Business Improvement District in Earl's Court, London working with the Council and Earl's Court Business Forum.

RBKC requires the contract to commence in the beginning to mid of February 2023. The Council will be responsible for the delivery of the Ballot process through a direct contract with a separate third party.
