Description

BEIS is seeking support to develop, deliver and test should cost models for large outsourcing programmes. As indicate in the Outsourcing Playbook developed by the Cabinet Office, all major outsourcing programmes will need to undertake a Delivery Model Assessment (DMA). The DMA includes both a qualitative and quantitative assessment. The should cost model is used for the quantitive assessment.
