Description
Cheshire East is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified individual or organisation to undertake a feasibility study for the future design and delivery of Children Services across the Borough. The work is to include a full appraisal of options for locality based working and the merits of the options in terms of outcomes for children and families, efficient use of staff resources and capital and revenue costs. It is expected that the work will require the consultant to provide approximately 50 working days over a 6-month period. PLEASE NOTE RESPONSES MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED VIA THE CHEST BY 12 NOON ON THE 31st January 2017. Please ensure you leave sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the closing date/time. The council cannot be held responsible for technical/ICT issues in leaving the uploading of your submission too late.
