Description

This Contract covers the appointment of a Clerk of Works (CoW) to act as an Independent third-party inspecting Works constructed by the TIWML Basebuild Principal Contractor at the Imperial War Museum, Lambeth Road, London on behalf of the Imperial War Museums.
The CoW will be responsible for making sure that work is carried out to the Client's standards, specification and schedule. The CoW will make sure that the correct materials and workmanship are used and that the Client is given quality work and value for money
