Description
Doncaster Council has been successful in a recent bid for Early Adopter status of a Rapid Rehousing Pathway funding opportunity made available by Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). In order to deliver the Supported Lettings strand of this funding, the Council is seeking experienced suppliers of Tenancy Sustainment Workers to provide tenancy support along with access to quality accommodation across the borough targeted at rough sleepers leaving the street, former rough sleepers leaving hostels and those at imminent risk of sleeping rough.
This opportunity is for the appointment of 4 x Tenancy Sustainment Workers who will each be expected to manage a caseload of a minimum of 10 individuals. These individuals must be accommodated in units that are not currently available for use within the homelessness resettlement pathway.
