Replacement of domestic hot water calorifiers and associated pipework, valves and controls at Croydon University Hospital,
Work to include the removal of 2 no. existing domestic hot water storage calorifiers and associated pipework, pumps valves and controls, located in the third floor plant room of the Jubilee Wing. The design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance for the defects liability period of the items. Production of design and working drawings. Preliminary items include site set-up costs and cost of disposal of redundant plant and equipment.
