Description

Dudley MBC is inviting tenders for Star (HouseMark) Tenants and Residents Satisfaction Survey for Dudley MBC's Housing Services.

The purpose of this project is to carry out a satisfaction survey of tenants during 2017/18 to obtain information from our tenants about their assessment of the services we currently provide to identify areas for service improvement.

The information derived from the survey is intended to meet the requirements for benchmarking in accordance with HouseMark 'Star' Satisfaction Survey.
