Description

This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and
the Supplier.
The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended
between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following
amendments:
- The contract duration has been extended by 9 months and the new
contract expiry date will be the 28th May 2022.
- A further £175,000 has been added to the contract value, making the
total contract value £525,000 excluding VAT
