Description
A single provider framework is required for the inspection and electrical testing of portable appliances at Lancashire County Council establishments and other premises, as instructed, generally within the boundaries of Lancashire. This includes the inspection, testing and repair of all Class 1 and Class 2 electrical equipment present on site on the day of the test, irrespective of ownership.

Please note: The Contract Value Range (if the maximum extension applies, will be between £2,000,000 and £4,000,000.
The contract is expected to commence in January 2017 and expire in December 2020 however the Council may extend the contract by any number of defined periods provided always that the total maximum duration of the contract does not exceed five years, subject to the agreement of both parties and contractual performance.
