Description

The University frequently responds to funding calls from the UK Government including Industrial Strategy Challenge Funds; Regional and Local Growth Funds; and devolved funds to the Region or North of Tyne. As part of the application process, certain assessments are required to be undertaken, with plans and analyses produced.
This further competition outlines the need as we respond to several specific large-scale funding opportunities, but the outputs will be used more widely. The activities and outcomes required of a service provider are to deliver social impact and value analysis based on large scale collaborative & strategic projects for the University. The output must demonstrate a range of qualitative and quantitative data points which can be used to help present Newcastle University's Campus for Ageing & Vitality (CAV) strategic project as the most attractive and deliver the most meaningful impact for the available funds.
The Campus for Ageing & Vitality's vision statement is to help people live longer and healthier lives through our global leadership in ageing and research, providing innovative solutions for living, leisure, learning and employment from Newcastle for the World.
The scope of work to be carried out will be a Economic, Social & Policy evaluation.
