Description

Staffordshire County Council operates a scheme (Fleetcare), to allow Council employees only to lease a car in return for a monthly fee. The scheme provides a new vehicle for a monthly cost, which includes the cost of the vehicle, insurance, administration costs and breakdown recovery.
