Description
An opportunity arose in 2018/19 to fund additional targeted work with people who are rough sleeping and/ or begging, as a result of an increase in funding to the Council from MHCLG for homelessness in the form of the Flexible Homelessness Support Grant (FHSG).
Further FHSG funding has been allocated for 2019/20 to continue this work.. Approval given for FHSG funding for 2019/20 to continue to be allocated to CGL and Humankind to ensure that the work to strengthen the Street Outreach team and Forward Leeds is continued.
