Description

Essex County County are Procuring on behalf of Tendring District Council.

The District wishes to appoint a Party Wall Surveyor to fulfil all services required over RIBA stages 1 to 6.

Tendring DC is in search of a Party Wall Surveyor for their project, covering RIBA stages 1-6 and Party Wall Awards. Adherence to RICS guidelines is a prerequisite, with detailed qualifications and professional membership expectations. The appointment progresses through stages, requiring written consent and clear sign-off points. Responsibilities include risk assessment, site visits, and post-construction inspections. Professional practice follows RICS standards, ensuring adherence to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Swift project development is emphasised, with key milestones provided.
