Description

Golding needs to procure a Board Portal solution and compatible mobile hardware. We are looking to appoint a service provider who can:-
- Project manage and deliver both solutions, or a board portal solution and recommend compatible mobile hardware.
- Work alongside Golding SMT and ICT teams to deliver a seamless handover.
- Engage with our Board and senior management team to handle a smooth transition from a paper based solution to a paperless solution.
- Provide adequate training on their software product to enable all users of the software to confidently use the solution without any assistance.
- Provide assurance relating to security and software governance regarding GDPR.
- Host the board portal solution, within a highly secure environment within EU jurisdiction.
