Description
Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for Marketing Services. In line with requirements the framework will be divided into six Lots as follows:
• Lot 1: Strategy and planning
• Lot 2: Creative development and delivery
• Lot 3: Photography
• Lot 4: Editorial
• Lot 5: Media buying
• Lot 6: Specialist consultancy services
Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently.
Tenderers can bid for one, some or all Lots.
