Brief Description of Requirement:

The BEIS 1 Victoria Street ground floor reception area (London, SW1H 0ET) will be redesigned to reflect its organisational Vision and objectives.

Designs are featured in Annex 1 and have been developed to fit in with current spaces and structures (e.g. windows, alcove). Work does not alter the current location or functionality of windows, doors, reception desk, vistor pass pods or security barriers. We actively encourage bidders to conduct a site visit to take measurements before quoting for the works (see Section 3 on dates of preferred site visits).

The successful bidder will be able to manufacture these designs, which includes the following design content:
• 3D lettering/typography
• Paint matching to BEIS colour palette
• large scale window decals
• shelving that will support TVs (and its associated wiring) and interesting exhibit items
• exhibit plinth
• lockable safety glass cabinets; and,
• batton mounted graphic panels
• will install all the design content (listed above), working with the BEIS in-house facilities and maintenance team who will be providing electricity for all of the TV screens and supporting the project with works needed for the building.
