Description
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor for the comprehensive refurbishment and repair of numbers 2 and 3 Viables Cottages, The Harrow Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG22 4BL. The works involve the refurbishment of two dilapidated two-storey cottages to bring them back into a habitable standard.
On completion of the refurbishment works, the council propose to let the properties as residential accommodation, in accordance with the council's Housing Strategy.
Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in the tender document.

Questions & Answers: Frid 18th Feb 2022 - Mon 21st Mar 2022
Return of Tender: 12.00.00 Friday 25th March 2022
Evaluation of Tender: Tuesday 5th April 2022
Notification of Contract Award to Tenderers: Friday 8th April 2022
Contract commencement meeting: TBA
The Council reserves the right to change the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified accordingly where there is a change in the timetable.
The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
