Description

Gateshead Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a Commercial Adviser who can provide commercial and managerial support in delivering a high quality cost effective housing repairs and maintenance service. The Council has recently integrated its The Construction Service team with The Gateshead Housing Company (The Service) with the intention of directly delivering the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Works and Services.
